About Us

Locally owned and operated by a husband & wife team.  They  purchased Shamrock Mobile Home Park in December 2017 and have spent the last 9 years upgrading the Park, making it a nice, quiet Community in which to live.  If you are looking for a Park where you can make friends and be proud to call your home, Shamrock Mobile Home Park is the place to be.

We are located in a suburb of Buffalo on the Lackawanna/Blasdell border, just 5 minutes off the NY State Thruway Exit 56, and 3 miles from shopping, over 15 restaurants, and movie theaters.

RV Lot Rentals

We rent RV Lots in our Park on a monthly basis. Each RV site has public water and sewer as well as a 50 amp electric service.

  • Resident Owned Homes

    All homes in our Park are resident-owned. Occasionally used homes become available for purchase. If this is something you would be interested in, please let us know and we can put you on our waitlist. 

  • Pets

    Dogs are allowed in our Park, however, they cannot be an aggressive breed such as pit bulls and Rottweilers. All dogs must be licensed and have proof of vaccinations.

  • Quiet Community

    For our full-time permanent Residents, we became a 55+ Community in October 2021. Anyone wishing to purchase a Home in our Park moving forward will have to be 55 or older.
